Simon Gerrans

Simon Gerrans, 27, has earned a strong reputation as one of Australia's best up-and-coming professional road racers. After three years riding with Ag2r Prevoyance, Simon is now a member of team Credit Agricole.

Simon participated in his first Tour de France in 2005and has since forged a long list of cycling achievements, both here and overseas including: 2007: 1st Stage 5 and 1st Sprint classification Bay Cycling Classic (Aus); 2006: 1st Stage 1 and 1st Final GC Tour Down Under (Aus); 1st Final GC Herald Sun Tour (Aus); 2005: 1st Final GC Herald Sun Tour (Aus); Ist Stage 3 Herald Sun Tour (Aus); 1st GP Artigianato Carnaghese; 1st Tour du Finister; 3rd Stage 17 (Pau - Revel) Tour de France.

Katie Mactier

Aviva Investorsis also proud to sponsor Katie Mactier, 2007 Australian Road and Pursuit Champion, Olympic Silver Medallist and Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist. Katie is an exceptionally talented athlete who has experienced phenomenal success in her short career as a professional cyclist.

A former triathlete, Katie focused on cycling in 1998 and after breaking her collarbone in her first race, went on to be one of Australia's elite cyclists. Katie has won the Australian Pursuit Championships in 2003, 2004 and 2006 to add to her 2001 and current Australia Road Championships Title.

Her ultimate goal is to be standing on top of the Olympic dais in Beijing in 2008.
